{Quick} Tip Video!

Another good way to position letter stamps like these that don't have the halo is to lay them out the way you want them to appear (stamp surface down) and then kiss the block to the back of the stamps. This way you can spell things in the normal order and you can figure out if what you want to say will fit on the paper and the stamping block.

This is similar to the technique of laying out die cut letters first and then picking them up with a piece of removable adhesive tape so you can put glue on the back of them and transfer them their final position except you do it with the stamps and stamp block and then ink the stamps and make the impression.
